What the hell is so damned surprising?
I have a serious problem with this guys attitude.

Stunned? STUNNED??? What the hell is so damned surprising? Are you so incompetent that you didn’t expect this, George?
Across practically the entire political spectrum for the past several YEARS, voices have been shouting their lungs out to sound the dire warning that the injustices you commit, George, will only build support for the Islamist position.
In one form or another, that warning came from constitutionalist conservatives. It came from populist conservatives like Pat Buchanan. It came from paleo-libertarians like Lew Rockwell. It came from Reagan Administration Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Paul Craig Roberts. It came from all sorts of run of the mill Republican realists — including, so the story goes, your own father and various veterans of his administration.
That warning was sounded by a wide variety of people who could be described as political moderates or centrists. It came from within the professional bureaucracy you oversee and was suppressed. It came from bereaved and formerly non-political moms like Cindy Sheehan.
That warning came from liberals, progressives, democratic socialists, Greens, communists, small-government libertarians, and anarchists.
The only people who were NOT repeating that warning to you, George, were the hand picked neo-con denizens of your personal echo chamber, their brainwashed religious fundamentalist lackeys and armchair CNN-war-porn afficionados.
Hell, there were probably even, somewhere, a few white supremacists urging you to wise up, George. You really have been THAT stupid, that probably even some of those retards can see you’re an idiot, George.
Save the world a lot of trouble, George. Resign.
