anarchist discussion group re-convenes for a discussion about anarchist
solutions to the health care crisis. Bring a drink or food to share.

Let me guess, the solution is “we need a single-payer health system, which people will voluntarily pay for because… um… down with the State!”

Social anarchists might be interested to know that there’s a precedent for health care based on mutual aid agreements. It would help steer them away from the tendency to uncritically support welfare state regulations, especially if they understand how these particular regulations were used to destroy a much better solution.
That is, assuming they are actually anarchists and not just state-socialists by another name.
